Huang Zhitao

Zhitao is a postgraduate research student specializing in the field of AI and law, with a focus on judicial behavior in China. Zhitao’s research interest lies in leveraging AI techniques to enhance the judicial process, providing assistance to judges and mediators and ultimately promoting justice and efficiency.

Zhitao obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2020 and MPhil degree in 2022 from Peking University Law School. Under the guidance of Dr. Liu Zhuang and Prof. He Xin, Zhitao has received a comprehensive education in this field, nurturing a solid academic background and research foundation.

Zhitao’s research aims to achieve the intelligentization of the judicial process and improve the accuracy and efficiency of judicial decision-making. By adopting advanced AI technologies and developing reliable algorithms and models, Zhitao intends to assist judges in tasks such as information filtering, evidence analysis, and predicting case outcomes. Additionally, Zhitao also focuses on the process of judicial mediation, striving to enhance the effectiveness of mediation and ensure fairness while prioritizing the interests and demands of the parties involved.
