Garen Manukyan

PhD candidate, Faculty of Law; research field: Intellectual Property Law

Garen’s main research interests center on intellectual property management and technology transfer. He is continuously engaged in various IP-related pro bono activities, encouraging innovation and creativity. He has supported the IPR awareness raising by organizing and holding various activities and campaigns in his country. He has also successfully launched and coordinated projects related to technology commercialization and legislative reforms. Garen has been involved in different EU funded research projects and explored the role of intellectual property rights in technology transfer and economic growth. He currently serves as a board member of the Intellectual Property Rights Center of Armenia, contributing to further development of the IPR field in the country.

His supervisor of his PhD study is Dr. Yahong Li.
